Paradise has been the Public Relations agency of the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort since 2015 and has led all media outreach throughout the resort's much-anticipated $320M renovation and brand transition. We have hosted a variety of creative and engaging events for press, participated in key industry conferences on behalf of the client and arranged Familiarization trips for top tier media and influencers. In the years since coming on to represent the property, we have consistently delivered successful results; securing local, regional and national press on all new enhancements and initiatives. All told, our public relations efforts have accumulated more than 200 Million impressions worldwide. Moreover, occupancy rates throughout the renovation announcements increased by over 10% year end. The resort also saw a 29% increase in RevPAR from the previous year.
